Refund and Cancellation Policy
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Order Cancellations:
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the time of delivery. -
Perishable Items:
Addit Traders and Foods Pvt Ltd does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, food products, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the delivered item is proven to be damaged or of unsatisfactory quality. -
Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products:

Returns, refunds, or cancellations are strictly applicable only in the case of damaged products.

Such claims must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

Clear proof in the form of an unboxing video or images showing the damage must be provided.

The request will be reviewed, and if verified, the refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.

Product Mismatch or Dissatisfaction:
If you believe the product received is not as described or does not meet expectations, you must notify our customer service team within 15 days of delivery. The team will investigate and determine the appropriate action. -
Manufacturer Warranty Claims:
For items covered under a manufacturer warranty, please reach out to the manufacturer directly for service or replacement. -
Refund Timeline:
For approved refunds, Addit Traders and Foods Pvt Ltd will process the refund within 7 working days from the date of approval.
