The Platform is owned by Addit Traders and Foods Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, with its registered office at 250/A1, Sana Bazar, Changaramkulam, Kerala, 679575 (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Owner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Your use of the Platform for purchasing products shall be governed by the following Shipping Policy, which constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “user”) and the Platform Owner.

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. We partner with trusted delivery carriers to ensure that your products reach you safely and within the committed timelines.

2. Shipping Coverage

At present, we offer delivery services across India. Delivery to certain remote or out-of-service locations may be limited and subject to the availability of courier partners.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹500 across India.

  • For orders below ₹500, a nominal shipping fee may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to change at the discretion of the Platform Owner.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on product availability, order volume, and holidays.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation via email or SMS, along with a tracking link to monitor delivery status.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, transportation issues, or force majeure events.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make two (2) delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery requests may incur additional charges.

7. Order Tracking

8. Undelivered or Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • In case of non-delivery or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date to initiate an investigation.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or transportation disruptions.

10. Changes to the Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Changaramkulam, Kerala.
